Ingredients:

· 12 oz. Brandy
· 4 oz. Rum
· 32 oz. Milk
· 16 oz. Cream
· 3/4 cup Sugar
· 6 Egg(s)

· Punch Bowl

Instructions:
  1. Separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs
  2. Beat yolks slowly in a Punch Bowl while adding in sugar, mix until pale and golden
  3. Add in Brandy, Rum, Milk and Cream
  4. Beat
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk Egg Whites until stiff
  6. Add to Punch Bowl and fold
  7. Serve in a Coffee Cup
  8. Garnish with Whipped Cream and Nutmeg
