Ingredients:

· 12 oz. White Rum
· 2 Litre SpriteĀ®
· 12 oz. Limeade
· 4 oz. Water
· 1 1/2 cups Sugar
· 6 cups Rhubarb

· Hurricane Glass

Instructions:
  1. In a Pot, bring Rhubarb and Water to a Boil over medium heat
  2. Stir in Sugar until dissolved and Rhubarb is soft
  3. Strain liquid into another Pot and let cool
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and Freeze
  5. Stir during freezing mixture
  6. Pour into Hurricane Glasses
