Rate drink:


Ingredients:

· 12 oz. Rum
· 8 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
· 40 oz. Milk
· 1/2 oz. Vanilla Extract
· 8 Egg(s)
· 1 cup Sugar
· 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Instructions:
  1. In a Mixing Bow, whisk together Eggs, Yolks and Sugar
  2. Pour into a Saucepan
  3. Stir in Milk
  4. Heat slowly over low hear until mixture reaches 160°F - 170°F
  5. Pour mixture thru a fine-meshed sieve into a Large Bowl
  6. Stir in Vanilla Extract, Rum, Bourbon Whiskey and Nutmeg
  7. Cover and refrigerate over night
  8. Scoop into Cocktail Glasses and garnish with Whipped Cream
