Ingredients:

· 48 oz. Pale Ale
· 12 oz. Brandy
· 12 oz. Water
· 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
· Pinch Ginger
· Pinch Nutmeg
· 4 Clove(s)

Instructions:
  1. Set a Saucer Pan on Med-High heat
  2. Add in Brown Sugar, Lemon Slices, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg, Ginger and Water
  3. Stir frequently until Brown Sugar is dissolved
  4. Let mixture reach a boil then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minuets
  5. Add in Brandy and Pale Ale (do not allow to boil
  6. Pour into a Punch Bowl
  7. Serve in Beer Mugs
  8. Garnish with a Lemon Slice
