Ingredients:
· 12 oz. Rum
· 8 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
· 40 oz. Milk
· 1/2 oz. Vanilla Extract
· 8 Egg(s)
· 4 Egg Yolk(s)
· 1 cup Sugar
· 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Glass Type:
Instructions:
- In a Mixing Bow, whisk together Eggs, Yolks and Sugar
- Pour into a Saucepan
- Stir in Milk
- Heat slowly over low hear until mixture reaches 160°F - 170°F
- Pour mixture thru a fine-meshed sieve into a Large Bowl
- Stir in Vanilla Extract, Rum, Bourbon Whiskey and Nutmeg
- Cover and refrigerate over night
- Scoop into Cocktail Glasses and garnish with Whipped Cream
